Dr Ali is brilliant. He is razor sharp, hugely up to date in all ways, and unbelievably attentive. I cannot adequately express my appreciation for what he’s done for our lives. He reviewed details with such thoughtfulness and knowledge, and very importantly, he encouraged us. He’s outstanding and a wonderful doctor. I would recommend him in a flash to anyone looking for fertility help.

Our experience with Mr Al-Chami was consistently very good. He was professional, thoughtful and caring about our situation and keen to keep us fully informed of all the details. We were fully confident in the information and guidance he provided. At times we felt that the cost of the treatment was spiralling out of our control, but in researching some of the options that were presented to us, we found that they weren't necessarily going to be offering any added benefits based on the research available. This is the only reason we wouldn't score a 5star rating, but also believe this would be the same for all fertility clinic specialists. Heartfelt thanks for all the support.

We have just initiatied our 2nd course of IVF treatment with Dr Ali Al Chami, after a successful first round. I specifically asked for Dr Al Chami again for this round as we value his support, expertise, guidance, understanding and trust him to guide us to the best course of treatment.

Dr Ali was sensitive, caring, friendly and compassionate. He had extensive knowledge of his field and would always make time for us. We were extremely happy that he was our consultant and are eternally grateful for all that he has done for us.

We were referred to CRGH with unexplained infertility and gone through an IVF cycle that resulted in the birth of our beautiful baby who is now 3 months old. We had seen a couple of fertility consultants before the referral who seemed very uninterested in the outcome of my treatment. Their processes were long and frustrating. Dr Al-Chami’s approach couldn’t have been more different from our previous experience. I felt reassured and optimistic about IVF and a possible positive outcome after our first appointment. Dr Al-Chami followed through my examinations and results, showed care and offered reassurance and advice when it was needed. From our first consultation with Mr Al Chami, he was kind, understanding and informative. He listened to us carefully and we felt that he really tried to develop treatment plans that were most suitable for us, not just something off the shelf. He addressed any questions outside of the consultation room via emails and called if necessary. He was quick to respond as well. For our third attempt he really took care to address the potential issues that could have caused the first two failures and I believe that is why we were successful in our third attempt. We highly recommend Mr Al Chami for anyone considering IVF.

Dr Ali was thorough and gave us all the information we needed to make important decisions. He changed approaches to maximise our chances of a positive outcome and we are over the moon that we have achieved that.
