Very welcoming from the start. Calm and relaxing nature. Explained whay was going on and my options and said he would support me in whatever I felt was best for me. Said I could ring him if required and provided me with the relevant details.

Mr Elnasharty always listens to how I am feeling and allows me to voice my opinions on what options I feel will suit me best, he will always explain the pro's and con's and we reach a decision together, he never makes me feel like a burden.
My visit was a post operative review. I was able to give feedback on my progress and knew I could ask any questions I needed to. It brought to a conclusion a very positive experience from the original diagnosis to this point.
I was very nervous and both Mr Elnasharty and the Radiographer, explained everything and put me at ease
Communication was excellent explaining exactly what was going to happen immediately before it did and requesting my consent throughout..
