Mr Mohamed was very calm and welcoming. Went through great amount of details about the next step of my treatment ( the now) but also talked about other options in the future including going back to square 1 providing nothing works. Its very rare a consultant will go to such amount of details whifh I especially liked as with endometriosis and IC I generally sit on I am not sure what next. Whereas this time I knew what next ( but hopefully what we are trying now works the odds are in favour!) He seemed very knowledgeable on the topic and good listener.

With hearing loss, I did have to ask for him to repeat himself a few times. His patient t manner was very good and he listened to my concerns and difficulties that I face on a daily basis
