Mr Mike Rosenstock

Mike Rosenstock is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and strength and conditioning specialist with an extensive background in sports rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Strength & Conditioning Sciences from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, as well as a master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Physiology. Mike has worked with various sports teams, including Harlequins RFC, Nottingham RFC, and Esher Rugby.

Furthering his education, Mike earned a master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in London. He has experience treating a wide range of conditions in both the NHS and private sectors, with a focus on post-operative orthopaedics and outpatient musculoskeletal care.

Mike integrates strength and conditioning principles into his rehabilitation approach, particularly focusing on lower limb sports injuries, ACL recovery, and tendinopathy management. His specialist interests include Lower Limb Rehabilitation, ACL Rehabilitation, Sport and Exercise Medicine, Tendon Management, and Strength and Conditioning.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys participating in various sports activities such as golf, cycling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, bouldering, and mountain biking. He recently completed Ironman Portugal, showcasing his dedication to endurance sports. Additionally, Mike has served as a Performance Coach for F2 Driver Juan Manuel Correa during the 2022/23 racing season and as a Strength Coach for the Aviva Premiership-winning Harlequins team during the 2011/12 Season.
