Clear and understanding on my personal experience, was able to clearly describe what was required and what services were available. No issues I can think of.

Dr Bucur is professional, gentle, and polite. She listens well, asks questions efficiently, keeps to time, and is very supportive if I have any questions. If I could afford to spend even more time with her or at her clinic, I gladly would.

Although I am not Dr Bucur's patient, I am so pleased that she is treating my daughter. She is so easy to talk to, she is patient and understanding and she takes time to explain matters carefully and with kindness. She is always smiling - such a refreshing attitude when dealing with patient/s and/or relatives of patients.

Dr Bucur has given me hope when I have felt so low. She listens to me and together we work out what medication I need. She has been able to recommend other counsellors that may be able to help me. She is always contactable if I need to discuss my medication.

Dr Bucur has been excellent; my diagnosis assessment went very smoothly. She was kind, sensitive in her questions, and helpful/detailed in her explanations. She's been very responsive to any queries or curveballs I've had and adaptive to any changes needed.
