Dr Michael Riley

Dr Michael Riley is a dedicated Dentist and Specialist Orthodontist who provides comprehensive orthodontic care for patients of all ages. He specialises in diagnosing and treating irregularities of the teeth and jaws, offering modern solutions to improve smile alignment and overall oral health. Known for his reassuring and meticulous approach, Dr Riley ensures that patients feel informed, comfortable, and well supported throughout their treatment.

Dr Riley completed his undergraduate clinical training at Newcastle Dental School, qualifying in 2001. Following his initial degree, he gained further specialist experience through focused hospital training in Maxillofacial Surgery and Paediatric Dentistry. He then undertook advanced postgraduate training in orthodontics at the University Dental Hospital of Manchester, achieving his specialist qualifications and earning a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in 2007. He subsequently completed Consultant training before focusing on specialist practice.

Dr Riley focuses on delivering advanced orthodontic care for adults, adolescents, and children. His clinical expertise encompasses the full spectrum of bite correction, jaw alignment, and teeth straightening treatments.
