Mr Michael Hart is kind, clear, and reassuring with patients, making consultations comfortable and stress-free. He explains conditions such as neurological problems, trapped nerves, and spinal stenosis, providing treatment options including spinal surgery and disc replacement. Patients feel listened to, informed, and confident in their care. Many patients credit Mr Hart for alleviating back pain, leg pain, and sciatica, noting positive results from various spinal procedures.
I visited Michael Hart after months of lower back and sciatica pain. I am normally a very fit person and enjoy outdoors sports. The pain and discomfort were having a negative impact on my life. From recent and previous MRI scans Mr Hart explained how my condition had deteriorated. He suggested various treatment options. He was polite, very thorough, explained things clearly and gave his honest opinion about the benefits of spinal injections and/or decompression surgery. Within a couple of hours of my appointment, I received a long explanatory letter detailing what was discussed at our meeting. I was very impressed. I am very happy that I chose to see Michael Hart for this initial clinical appointment and am confident that the surgery I select with him will have a positive outcome.

Thank you very much for the detailed and helpful feedback. I prioritise timely and detailed communications to help each person make the best decision for themselves.
Initially I consulted Mr Hart for a second opinion for my L4/L5 lumbar nerve compression. I liked Mr Hart's calm and quiet manner in the way he explained my med problem and the solutions he could offer. He understood that I needed more time to think about the suggestions and also wanted to see what the NHS pain clinic's appt would offer. I contacted Mr Hart again after 2 mths, saying that I was now ready to go forward with a decompression surgery at the New Victoria Hosp. Until the surgery took place on 4th March, Mr Hart patiently answered all my emails and endless questions in respect of my forthcoming surgery. I felt totally reassured that I was in good hands. The surgery was very successful and his and the care at the New Victoria excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Hart to my friends or family.
