Max Vitelleschi-Cook is a Level 3 Sports and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist and trainee Osteopath, with a background in physiotherapy originally gained in the Netherlands. He has extensive experience working with professional and recreational athletes, particularly swimmers, and has developed a reputation for delivering effective, restorative treatments that combine evidence-based practice with a holistic understanding of the body.
Max refined his approach while working at one of Europe’s leading wellness spas, where he specialised in sports and deep tissue massage. His treatments are designed to promote recovery, mobility, and relaxation, while addressing muscular tension, postural imbalance, and the effects of physical and emotional stress. By integrating neuromuscular techniques with his knowledge of the nervous system, Max helps clients achieve deep relaxation and long-term functional improvement.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, Max continues to expand his expertise in pain management, biomechanics, and functional rehabilitation. His multidisciplinary background enables him to tailor every treatment to the individual, supporting both performance and wellbeing.
Outside of his clinical work, Max maintains a passion for tennis, football, and fitness.

He's the best - he really cares and is so knowledgable, makes you feel so comfortable around him. The heated bed and the space is amazing as well 😁
The best massage EVER! Not to mention the depth of knowledge and perfect approach with a kind, listening ear.

I have been seeing Max for the best part of a year. Max creates a really safe environment is extremely knowledgeable all things body, provides advice and provides incredible treatments.
Highly recommend Max. Incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Really great treatment and follow-up advice
Max is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! He’s incredibly intuitive, easy to talk to, and genuinely caring. He makes you feel completely comfortable and has an amazing knowledge of the body. Our session started by working into tension and ended with a deeply relaxing finish, including some cranial work. As a trained osteopath with physio experience, he knows so much and goes far beyond just massage. Max is truly incredible, he even does lymphatic drainage! I honestly can't recommend him enough 😊
