Matthew is a wonderful therapist, his warmth and care are second to none.
Matthew is excellent at what he does. I leave every session with a deeper insight into myself and the steps I need to take to continue progressing my journey. I would highly recommend his services to anyone trying to better themselves.
Matt has been a huge help and support navigating big life changes and challenges. He is brilliant at identifying the situations where I need encouragement and validation, or when I need to have my thinking or actions challenged, while still feeling supported. He has played a critical role in my recovery.
Matthew has been an incredible therapist for me over the last few years. It has taken me a few attempts at finding the right therapist for myself. For me, personally, I need expertise in depression, anxiety and addiction in an environment where I feel safe, not judged and understood. Matthew provides all of this and more. He prompts and helps me to understand myself better and understand my thought patterns and behaviour and challenges all of these that are unhealthy
my current situation didn’t allow me to be physically in therapy. However after explaining Matt what happened to me, he accommodated to my needs. Doing most of my therapy online. Matt has helped me find myself again after losing track of who I an, through a multitude of unhealthy coping mechanisms. in a time span of only a few months, I am already another version of myself. A better version. I can only recommended him. Next to being the support I need with my ADHD, drug abuse history, and chem sex after coming out it of a longterm emotional abusive relationship, he doesn’t only listen; he gives clear tools, and engages. What I love. I was scared to start therapy because I had the misconception that therapist just sit there and listen. Thank to his tools and his guidanceI have learned to manage my ADHD without medication. So far it has been a true journey of finding myself and loving myself again. What would have been possible without him on this journey.
I've been attending sessions with Matthew for about 3 years. I get a lot out of the sessions; I'm really grateful for his consistent support. He's not only very good in 1-to-1 sessions, but he's been very kind to facilitate conjoints with others in my life. Most recently, he's been instrumental in helping me maintain balance in my life with all my competing priorities.
