About Dr. Matthew Bulkeley

He graduated from both the University of St Andrews and the University of Wales, and completed his early postgraduate medical training in Edinburgh and Fife. During this time, he gained broad clinical experience across multiple specialties including dermatology, paediatrics, orthopaedics, general medicine, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, and gastrointestinal surgery.
Dr Bulkeley’s clinical practice includes health MOTs, blood testing, urinalysis, steroid and joint injections, cryotherapy for skin lesions, and removal of skin tags. He also has a strong interest in sports medicine and minor surgical procedures, with additional training in medical acupuncture through the British Medical Acupuncture Society.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Matt to discuss fertility issues. At the appointment Dr Matt quickly recognised I was acutely unwell, assessed me and contacted the hospital to have me further assessed. Thanks to Dr Matt I am having a transfusion. I would highly recommend Dr Matt, I certainly, if required in future would schedule an appointment with him. Thank you Dr Matt, due to your quick action I am on the road to feeling better.
Dr Bulkeley ‘s manner is superb; friendly , patient, sympathetic, understanding and not without a sense of humour as well. I could not have asked for better. His help was excellent.
I actually already covered this in the last bit, but like I said he was really quick, he let me in immediately because he was already in reception when I arrived, he’s never tried to force any treatments on me and he’s even suggested potential other options if need be at other medical centres (like the waterfront hospital).
Dr was very kind and immediately put me at ease. Explained everything clearly.
