This was my first visit to the clinic and I was really happy I decided to go. The Dr was very thorough and went through every detail about the steroid injections I was having. The process went smoothly and I was given time afterwards to sit for a few moments. I would definitely recommend Dr Matt Bulkeley.

I am male, 58 and I had been quietly fed-up and anxious for almost three years with penile and erection issues. I dreaded calling my regular GP surgery. The 8am rush for a same day appointment. Getting past the receptionist’s questions. The all too short 10 minute appointment with my GP. The unknown delay in getting referred to a specialist , had the GP even decided to do that. So I decided on an appointment at The Canmore Clinic with Mr Ben Dreyer, Consultant Urologist. I was seen within days of making the appointment. The Clinic has a modern and calm environment with pleasant staff. Mr Dreyer allowed me the time to fully explain what had been happening. He has a very gentle and understanding manner which really helped. After he examined me he was in a position to clearly explain the diagnosis. He set out the treatment options. And within a couple of days I had already started on the suggested medication via my GP and he had requested further assistance for me via an NHS hospital. Nothing about the appointment was rushed and I feel he covered everything I needed. It’s hard to explain but when I left the Clinic that day, it truly is like a huge weight I had been carrying for far too long has been lifted. I would say to any man of any age with any of the problems which Mr Dreyer can deal with is do not hesitate to make an appointment. The time I saved in doing so and the excellent treatment from a well regarded specialist is well worth it.
