Today was my second appointment, very happy with the service.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr Matt to discuss fertility issues. At the appointment Dr Matt quickly recognised I was acutely unwell, assessed me and contacted the hospital to have me further assessed. Thanks to Dr Matt I am having a transfusion. I would highly recommend Dr Matt, I certainly, if required in future would schedule an appointment with him. Thank you Dr Matt, due to your quick action I am on the road to feeling better.
This was a very pleasant experience for me throughout my visit. I had virtually pain-free gel injections in both knees, whilst chatting the whole time. I only wish that I had known of Canmore Clinic sooner than I did. That would have saved me a lot of unnecessary anxiety. The atmosphere in the whole place is lovely.
Attended a urology smart screening, Ben really put me at ease and took the time to explain everything in a clear way with no jargon. Very happy with the service.
Sorry I forgot to give feedback last time, so il do it now. In a nutshell, they were really fast Dr Bulkeley was already in reception and said I could just go straight through to save time. I’d already had the treatment before so nothing much really needed to be explained. We were also considering treatment at the waterfront hospital, but just toying with the idea at the moment. We will both make our minds up based on how it looks at a future point. He’s never tried to force any treatments on me and always suggested alternative options whenever possible (as mentioned above). The receptionist was really friendly and even still dealt with me whilst on the phone to someone else briefly too. Plus there were free chocolates there and the toilet had been renovated (really clean plus the hand dryer is like a jet engine).
Like night and day compared to NHS GP. Dr Matt was friendly, helpful, informative and took his time explaining concerns to me. Krissy was very helpful and friendly too. Would highly recommend.
