Dr Anthony James

Dr. Anthony James is a specialist Dentist at The Harley Street Dental Implant Centre, renowned for his expertise in dental implantology. His extensive qualifications include a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from King’s College London, as well as Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in England, and Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has also obtained a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the University of Manchester, a Diploma in Dental Sedation from King's College London, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education from King's College London. Additionally, he holds the Associate of King's College and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy distinctions, as well as being a member of the Medical Academy of Medical Educators.

Dr. James began his professional journey after graduating from King’s College London in 2011, subsequently gaining experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, initially as a Junior Doctor and later advancing to the role of Specialty Doctor in the same field. Concurrently, he served as a Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery at The University of Bristol, where he imparted his knowledge and expertise to aspiring dental professionals.

With a wealth of experience and skill, he has successfully placed over 4000 implants, earning him recognition as a leading authority in the field. Dr. James also serves as a mentor for dentists undergoing training in implantology, sharing his insights and guiding them to achieve excellence in their practice.

In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the field, Dr. James has been appointed as an Examiner for The Faculty of Dental Surgery at The Royal College of Surgeons of England, where he plays a pivotal role in assessing and maintaining the highest standards of dental education and practice.
