Dr Lucasta Dilloway is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care for women at all stages of life. She offers comprehensive clinical care across general gynaecology and obstetrics, supporting patients through routine consultations, diagnostic investigations, and complex clinical management.

Her clinical practice encompasses key sub-specialties, with a focus on cervical health and colposcopy services, where she serves as a Colposcopy Lead. Her clinical interests also include gynaecological oncology, minimal access surgery, and gynaecological risk management. Dr Dilloway prioritises open communication and reassuring guidance, ensuring patients are well-informed and comfortable with their care decisions.

Dr Dilloway completed her medical education and postgraduate specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the United Kingdom, achieving inclusion on the Specialist Register as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. Alongside her direct patient care, she actively participates in multidisciplinary clinical governance, quality improvement audits, and the clinical supervision and training of junior doctors and medical students.
