I cannot thank Mr Glancz enough, he has been truly amazing from pre operation to post operation and my yearly monitoring. Pre operation, my fears were beyond frightening, as soon as I met Mr Glancz, those fears were not so frightening. He is absolutely wonderful, his kindness, his professionalism and his wonderful kindness and calming aura were/are just outstanding. I have been truly blessed to have had Mr Glancz for my surgery, I thank him from the bottom of my heart.

He explained the diagnosis and the care plan in language i could understand without being condescending. He answered all my questions fully and indepth.

Respectful, patient, and genuinely caring. He made sure my dad understood everything, and he spoke to him like a human being, not a case file. That alone made a huge difference. Leaving the appointment, we felt informed, supported, and confident that we’re in the hands of someone who not only has the skill, but also the humanity you need in moments like this. It was a genuinely excellent experience, and we’re grateful for the clarity and hope he gave us.
