Ms Kim Barron

Kim Barron is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals across a broad spectrum of mental health conditions and neurodevelopmental needs. She holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Advanced Practice, possesses independent nurse prescribing rights, and is currently completing a Clinical Doctorate.

In recognition of her dedicated commitment to high-quality, compassionate community healthcare, she was awarded the prestigious title of Queen's Nurse by the Queen’s Nursing Institute (QNI). Alongside her clinical practice, she contributes to the advancement of nursing standards and evidence-based practice through published work in the International Journal of Advanced Practice and the British Journal of Mental Health Nursing.

Kim specialises in comprehensive adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnostic assessments. Utilising a holistic, person-centred approach, her evaluations carefully explore each individual's lived experiences, core challenges, strengths, and personal goals to provide accurate, respectful, and tailored diagnostic and management pathways.
