Dr Khushboo Sinha is a Consultant Dermatologist at St John’s Institute of Dermatology, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, one of the UK’s leading specialist dermatology centres. She completed a postgraduate Skin Cancer Fellowship at St John’s Institute of Dermatology and is Clinical Lead for the tertiary melanoma service across South East London.

Dr Sinha has particular expertise in melanoma, atypical and changing moles, skin cancer surveillance and skin cancer in immunosuppressed patients, including organ transplant recipients. She has extensive experience assessing patients with new or changing moles, multiple atypical moles, previous melanoma or skin cancer, and those at increased risk because of family history or immunosuppression. She also specialises in the management of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma and complex skin cancer.

Her approach is thorough, evidence-based and reassuring. She uses specialist clinical assessment and dermoscopy where appropriate, taking time to understand each patient’s concerns and providing clear, individualised advice. For patients at increased risk of melanoma or other skin cancers, she can provide tailored long-term surveillance.

She leads clinical education for this international cohort and is actively involved in dermatology research, with peer-reviewed publications in skin cancer and dermatological surgery.
