Dr Khushboo Sinha

Dr Khushboo Sinha is a Consultant Dermatologist at St John’s Institute of Dermatology, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London, one of the UK’s largest specialist dermatology centres. Her practice is particularly focused on melanoma, atypical moles, skin cancer surveillance and dermatological care for immunosuppressed patients, including solid-organ transplant recipients. Guy’s and St Thomas’ currently lists her among its consultant dermatologists, and recent Trust documentation identifies her as the Melanoma Clinic Lead.

Her areas of expertise include melanoma diagnosis and management, atypical and changing mole assessment, skin cancer surveillance, transplant dermatology, skin cancer in immunosuppressed patients, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, multidisciplinary skin cancer care and dermatological surgery. The wider St John’s skin cancer service includes dedicated melanoma, atypical mole, SCC surveillance and transplant surveillance pathways, aligning closely with her specialist clinical role.

Dr Sinha is academically active within St John’s Institute of Dermatology and has contributed to peer-reviewed research in skin cancer and dermatological surgery. Her published work includes research involving Mohs micrographic surgery for vulval basal cell carcinoma and rapid immunocytochemistry techniques in the surgical management of squamous cell carcinoma.

Dr Sinha’s practice brings together specialist melanoma expertise, careful surveillance and risk-based dermatological care. Her work is particularly relevant for patients requiring close monitoring because of atypical moles, previous skin cancer or immunosuppression.
