Very informative consultation and Dr Peacock put me at ease about my forthcoming cystocopy….

Appointment was on time and my issue was dealt well professionally.

My experience of mr. Peacock was of the upmost professional high standards. He was very welcoming and put you at ease straight away. Everything was explained to you in detail and he really listened to what your concerns and worries are. You felt that you were in very safe hands . He really is an excellent consultant.

Mr Peacock has been professional and compassionate at a time of significant distress. This really helped me manage the situation.

The appointment was on time, Mr Peacock took the time to explain the problem and then explained the treatment. The only negative was the potential timing for the treatment six to seven months.

Mr Peacock was clear and concise about his diagnosis and possible remedial action if matters deteriorate in future. Mr Peacock is a very professional consultant with a caring, calming manner. He inspires confidence and is a very pleasant young man.

Mr Peacock provided information to me and my wife in a friendly but professional manner. We found that everything was explained in a thorough and clear way and any questions we had were answers fully We were given time to understand everything and at all times we felt part, of the process and not just as 'numbers'. Mr Peacock and his team have made what was a very stressful time much more manageable through the patient focused service they provided.

As usual Mr Peacock was friendly and clear in our discussions. Despite an obviously busy clinic, I felt as if he had time to discuss any issues and clearly explain options for treatment going forward.

I was putting ease by both the nurse and the consultant they made everything very easy for me I was given several options which I was pleased with
