Since the start of receiving me from the waiting room to the consultation room, she was extremely friendly and took her time to thoroughly explain everything. She was also fully present when assisting Dr. kefah.
Dr. Ngugi is very personable and gave me excellent advice. I felt well taken care of.
From the moment I entered her consulting room, she made me feel that I was in safe hands. She has a very warm demeanour and it is evident that she really cares about her patients. She is patient and compassionate. One of the best things about her is that she even replies to issues and queries. She made me feel comfortable and eradicated unnecessary tensions. She's beyond wonderful, and I couldn't feel any luckier to have been her patient. She examined me very carefully and explains the medical conditions and their aids in the most comfortable manner. She kept me well-informed, She took ample time to listen and address my concerns, creating an environment of respect and empathy. Thank you very much for a wonderful and informative conversation. Best wishes
