Dr. Jennifer Magill is simply amazing. She provides a rare combination of clinical excellence and genuine, heartfelt kindness. Medical issues with a child can be incredibly stressful, but she has this remarkable ability to step right into a parent's shoes and truly see things from our side, without ever compromising her professional perspective. What truly sets her apart, however, is her brilliant communication with children. She has a beautiful way of connecting with her patients and making them feel safe, even if they have a limited ability to communicate. If you are looking for an ENT who will treat your child with expertise and your family with compassion, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is exactly the kind of doctor every child deserves. So incredibly impressed with Jennifer Magill and her superstar secretary, Mike. I had real trouble trying to get my baby in to see an ENT and emailed Jen in desperation over the weekend, the first thing on Monday morning her secretary Mike was on the phone booking us in to see her that afternoon. Jen had a wonderful bedside manner and we are thoroughly pleased with our entire experience!

I have a lot of medical anxiety around my son’s care. He has had some complex medical needs which have been stressful. I had reached out to Dr. Albert to perform his grommets operation as the doctors on the NhS weren’t managing. Upon hearing of Dr. Albert’s retirement, I was devastated, but we were told Miss Magill had been personally selected and trained to take over his practice. We are glad we went with her. She was patient, kind, understanding and skilful. She managed to perform the operation successfully and was a pleasure throughout. We highly recommend using Miss Magill for any paediatric ENT concerns both simple and complex.

My daughter met Miss Jen twice. The first time, she explained clearly what was wrong with her and gave her the right medication. The second time, she was able to discharge my daughter. From August to November, my daughter improved so much after struggling with breathing problems for four years. Miss Jen made a huge difference in her life, and I’m truly grateful for her care, support, and kindness.
