Jennifer Low is a Registered Dietitian and the founder of JL Nutrition Clinic. She specialises in evidence-based nutritional support for eating disorders & disordered eating, and sustainable behaviour change. She provides personalised care tailored to each individual’s clinical needs, lifestyle and long-term goals.
Her clinical practice includes support for eating disorders, food relationship concerns, intuitive eating and general wellbeing. Consultations focus on nutritional assessment, practical dietary strategies and ongoing guidance designed to support realistic and sustainable progress.
Jennifer has professional experience across private practice and public health services in the UK and New Zealand. Her multidisciplinary approach is informed by further training in psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), motivational interviewing, Guided Self-Help and body image work.
She is a member of the British Dietetic Association and works within an evidence-based, person-centred framework. Her approach focuses on helping individuals build a healthier and more sustainable relationship with food while addressing underlying nutritional and behavioural factors.

Jen is very accommodating and will work together with you to find the right approach that works for you long term. All support is built for a long term success and I will miss our regular check-ins very much!
Jen makes you feel that you are on a journey together and cheers for you and supports you with such compassion, sunshine and understanding that you feel safe with her, she has also introduced me to a calm that i didn't know i was missing but very much needed, i'm super excited to explore more. I'm growing and achieving goals in ways I couldn't imagine happening and this is because of Jen and the support she gives, she holds space for you, and how you're feeling matters to her, Jen keeps communication open with sessions, chats and meal supports, going at your pace and understanding when that pace needs to be a little slower. Jens knowledge, videos, information and worksheets have been very helpful to me, voice notes that you can play back and not feel alone. Jen makes a difference and I feel very blessed being supported by her.
