Ms Jennifer De Guzman

Ms Jennifer de Guzman is a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor currently practicing at Core London. With over seven years of clinical experience, she takes a holistic, person-centred approach to treatment, focusing not only on physical recovery but also on helping individuals return confidently to the activities and lifestyles they enjoy.

Jennifer specialises in injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Her treatment approach integrates hands-on manual therapy with movement-based rehabilitation, including clinical Pilates and targeted strength and conditioning. By combining these methods, she aims to restore function, improve movement quality, and build long-term resilience in her clients.
