Dr. Jaswinder Bal

Dr Jaswinder Bal is a general practitioner based at Your GP Circle. She gained her medical qualifications in 2005 from the University of Birmingham, where she was awarded a distinction in pathology. She began her general practitioner training in 2007 and qualified in 2010. She then spent five years as a GP, during which time she also taught medical students, which she found highly rewarding.

She later became a locum and a private GP, which allows her to spend more time with each patient and really get to the heart of a problem. She enjoys providing high-quality care and involving her patients in their own treatment plans, ensuring that they understand everything clearly, which she is able to do at Your GP Circle.

Dr Bal also has an interest in women's health care and holds the DRCOG and DFRSH qualifications. Another of her interests is mental health, seeing patients of all ages with mental health concerns.

Dr Bal is a mum of young boys and she lives locally with her husband, who is also a GP. She enjoys staying fit and active and believes that life is about making memories and having great experiences whilst learning as much as you can along the way.
