Absolutely brilliant service from the moment I arrived before my surgery. Every member of staff, from Reception through to the medical team, was kind, supportive and reassuring throughout both the pre-operative and post-operative stages. I felt very well looked after.

I recently had rotator cuff surgery, everything was explained clearly and although the first week after the op was very hard and painful I now feel I'm in a good recovery. All the staff have been excellent and the hospital was exemplary.

Can't fault a thing. Nobody wants to go to hospital particularly if you are having an operation, but this hospital & it's staff gave you the reassurance that all would be well. Unlike some other hospitals that lack both communication & professionalism whilst you are in their care.
