Ms Helen Lea

Ms Helen Lea is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor. They create a safe and confidential space for clients to feel seen, heard and understood. Ms Lea helps clients to reflect on and make sense of difficult feelings, thoughts, behaviours and experiences. They work with people to enable them to be more connected to themselves and others; to live life with greater awareness, vitality and joy. Ms Lea supports clients to better understand themselves and their relationships, to cope with difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences. They consider therapy a collaborative process between therapist and client.
