Very professional team headed by Prof Sidhu. The procedure was made perfectly clear at all times throughout and with a very sensitive attitude. I wish to thank them. However the administration team rang the day before to say that the appointment had been cancelled by me, which was untrue and fortunately rectified the following day so that the appointment still went ahead as planned.
Appreciated time taken to understand issues and then to offer a meaningful way forward.
Saw Reena and now feel like we have a plan in place to help me!!
