I decided to seek a physio review in preparation for running London Marathon (first Marathon at 49, not a natural and heavier runner) to help me optimise my training and prevent injury. Fit2function was convenient in location and had good reviews so I took a chance but was apprehensive and not expecting much. However with Harrison I was very fortunate to find the right physio for me just when I needed to and continued to see him regularly through the run up to the marathon because I got so much value out of it and saw it as an investment. Harrison was responsive to my needs, realistic, creative and most importantly treated me like a 'real runner'. I had more than a few problematic areas to begin and through out but every one of them settled or adapted with Harrison's input and suggestions. I reached, and completed, London Marathon feeling strong and well in body in no small part thanks to Harrison and our sessions but in addition to this seeing him regularly over the period kept me on track overall by making me accountable. Lastly Harrison has such a calming and encouraging style and is really interesting to chat to. I am sure he is brilliant with every client he works with but for someone like me who had more than a little imposter syndrome starting out he was perfect!

I had a really great experience with Harrison, the physio at Fit2Function. He carried out a thorough full assessment and helped me rebuild both strength and range of motion following a nerve injury. Harrison was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. He created a bespoke rehabilitation plan for me to follow outside the clinic, which he adjusted as my symptoms improved and my recovery progressed. I felt well supported throughout the process and saw real improvements. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Harrison for my legs for the past few months and thanks to his plan I am finally back to running and will be able to do my marathon in a few months. He listens to how I am feeling and adjusts the plan accordingly.

Really knew his stuff and what exactly would help my back and also gave me exercises to help ease future pain. Massage was excellent - have previously found it can be really painful for my niggly back but Harrison knew exactly what was needed/what would help. Having a physio do a sports massage makes a massive difference. He was brilliant.

Harrison understood my needs as an ex athlete himself and I will be returning and also referring.

Harry was great from the onset, very warm and friendly guy, clearly loves what he does. I was very concerned going in (having seen multiple different therapists) and after 4 sessions with him he helped me take control of my lower back pain. What I loved was that he listened to me and provided me with all the options I needed to make a decision - Brilliant, highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Harrison at Fit2Function Clinics. He took the time to listen, clearly explained everything, and tailored the treatment to my specific goals. I noticed a real improvement in my knee after just a few sessions. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and approachable physio!
