Mrs Georgia Going

Georgia Going holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Therapy from Coventry University and currently works as a Sports Therapist at St Giles Physiotherapy Clinic in Northampton. She specialises in advanced therapies, including K-Laser, Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS), Shockwave therapy, Cupping, and Sports Massage.

Prior to her current role, Georgia worked at Wollaston Therapy Centre from 2016 to 2023, where she not only provided injury rehabilitation and pain management using cutting-edge therapies but also served as Assistant Manager from 2017. During this time, she developed her clinical expertise and gained invaluable experience in the field of sports therapy.

In addition to her clinical roles, Georgia has served as the head Sports Therapist for Rugby Town FC from 2015 to 2016. She provided pre- and post-game treatments, rehabilitation, and pitch-side first aid. Earlier in her career, she also worked for AFC Rushden & Diamonds, offering treatment and pitch-side first aid to the U21s team from 2014 to 2015.

Georgia has a deep passion for sports therapy and has worked with a range of athletes, particularly in football, where she was able to apply her skills in both injury rehabilitation and prevention. Her expertise extends to optimising performance for athletes and ensuring effective recovery through personalised rehabilitation programs.
