I was first under Mr McKay’s care for a prolapsed spinal disc in 2025, and having recently had recurring issues, I did not hesitate in going straight back to Mr McKay immediately. He listens properly, is very honest and trustworthy and his clear explanations instantly put you at ease. He is very clear on actions and next steps, and does exactly what he says he’s going to do. I genuinely wish more medical professionals, particularly in the NHS was like Mr McKay.

Following MRI scan and X-ray Mr McKay suggested a SI injection the following month Thank fully this intervention has worked I haven’t taken pain treatment since Highly recommended

Nice to see a consultant willing to do the menial task if necessary to keep the job going and spending as long as necessary to make sure the patient really understood all the ins and outs of the procedure.
