Gennai was excellent. She was very patient and understanding. She worked really well to understand my issues and catered exercise to help manage my pain. The sessions were well planned to manage pain and exercise whilst advising changes to posture and lifestyle. I am now able to do my exercises and back to my normal workouts. Gennai played a big part in my recovery and I would highly recommend her.
