I had problems with my left knee and was in pain for some time. So I decided to have physiotherapy sessions at New Victoria Hospital. During our 8 sessions physiotherapist Gennai Casuple introduced different pain management exercises which I then did at home . She regularly checked my progress and gave me injury prevention advice for speedy recovery. It was also helpful that she did acupuncture on my left knee . Gennai is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist. I am very pleased I had these physiotherapy sessions with her, as she helped me to get rid of my knee pain and improved my general well-being! Svetlana P

I have been seeing Gennai for the past 6 months and she's amazing!!! She diagnosed my injury straight away and was able to straight treatment. I have a fear of acupuncture until Gennai started treating me. She explained step by step what she was doing and was able to calm me. Gennai is extremely knowledgeable, patient and very caring. My injury is so much better. Thank you Gennai!
