My experience has been outstanding. From the initial booking via the phone, first appointment with Dr Toner, surgery, the care and the follow up appointment. We are so incredibly pleased with the successful outcome of our daughter’s surgery. We felt very informed throughout every stage and everything was covered prior to surgery. The staff that looked after us on the day of surgery went above and beyond. After surgery Dr Toner and his team came in to check on my daughter and took their time talking through the process, how it went, discussed exactly what was going on at all times. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

My little boy was experiencing many negative affects due to enlarged adenoids and tonsils. Since the procedure he is like a new child. The process we very straightforward and Dr Toner was easy to communicate with.

Through the whole process, Fearghal was fantastic, from start to finish. Answered any questions i had and explained all very clearly. He advised clearly what was best for me and carried out everything to a top level. Highly recommended to anyone.

From start to finish the service provided by Dr Toner has been excellent. From our first assessment, hearing test and subsequent results, the information provided was clear, professional and child-centred, with our son given the chance to ask his own questions regarding his care. The team who cared for us on the day of my son’s operation were fantastic. Everyone we met was warm, compassionate and professional. We felt informed, supported and in safe hands at every step. My son has made a full recovery since and hasn’t looked back!

From the moment I arrived at Kingsbridge Private Hospital I was treated with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and care. The entire experience was seamless from admission to discharge and it’s clear that every member of staff takes great pride in their work and patient well-being. A special mention must go to Dr Toner whose expertise compassion and reassuring manner made all the difference. He took the time to explain every detail clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and genuine concern. It’s rare to come across someone who blends clinical excellence with such a warm and human approach. I felt completely safe in his care. The nursing team and support staff were equally exceptional friendly, attentive and always ready with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I always felt listened and respected throughout my stay. The hospital itself is immaculate with comfortable well equipped rooms and a calm welcoming atmosphere that really helps put you at ease. If you’re considering Kingsbridge for private care I can wholeheartedly recommended the standard of care is truly First Class and the people, especially Dr Toner are what make it exceptional.
