It’s rare to come across someone who blends clinical excellence with such a warm and human approach. I felt completely safe in his care. The nursing team and support staff were equally exceptional friendly, attentive and always ready with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I always felt listened and respected throughout my stay. The hospital itself is immaculate with comfortable well equipped rooms and a calm welcoming atmosphere that really helps put you at ease. If you’re considering Kingsbridge for private care I can wholeheartedly recommended the standard of care is truly First Class and the people, especially Dr Toner are what make it exceptional.
Mr Toner was friendly and professional. He understood the nature of my problem and provided helpful advice and a pathway going forward in regards to my diagnosis. I would recommend his services as an ENT consultant with particular expertise in hearing loss.
