Miss fatma bozkurt

Fatma Bozkurt is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Trainer with more than 20 years of experience across the NHS, academic institutions and private practice. She has held Clinical Lead positions within psychological services and provides assessment and treatment for adults, couples, professionals and therapists.

Her clinical practice focuses on the assessment and management of a broad range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including complex trauma, childhood trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, emotion regulation difficulties, self-harm, relationship issues, work-related stress, burnout, sleep disorders, phobias, psychosexual concerns, chronic pain and neurodiversity-related challenges.

Fatma utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. Her therapeutic work incorporates goal setting, risk assessment, skills development, trauma-focused interventions and relapse prevention strategies tailored to individual needs.

She works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, general practitioners and crisis services, to support coordinated multidisciplinary care where appropriate.

In addition to her clinical practice, Fatma provides supervision for CBT therapists, couples therapists and supervisors in training.

She offers both online and in-person appointments from central London and provides psychotherapy, clinical supervision and professional training services.
