All my visits at the Complex Spine London have been world class ! from the welcome, professionalism, listening, diagnostic, finding the most accurate solution, follow up, support and being taken care of, everything has been excellent . Dr Ayob, has been following me for pain management in various parts of my body (consultations and surgery) and has been amazingly supportive, efficient, extremely professional and resolved my issues above and beyond the original scope.

Very happy with my treatment by Dr. Farrah Ayoub. She is very thorough, takes time to explain everything and answer your questions, doesn't rush you and listens to your worries. I'm now in recovery with no pain symptoms which will hopefully continue.

My recent procedure went well, Dr Farrah accommodated my wishes for sedation due to anxiety, which improved post op recovery experience, there were no complications, and there was a further improvement to my pain levels. Since starting treatments with Dr Farrah, I was able to start working again after a 5 month medical absence from work due to debilitating pain, and my overall quality of life has improved.

My recent follow up appointment to see Dr Farrah at the Cromwell Hospital after Steroid Injections was spot on! Booking my appointment with Alaa, Dr Farrah's secretary, was easy and stress free. My visit to Dr Farrah was a positive one. She always dedicates the time to listen to your concerns, answer questions and provide feedback. I can tell that Dr Farrah genuinely cares about her patients and wants the very best for them. For the first time ever I found a doctor that not only understands my back pain but has a solution to it plus a back up solution! The hospital itself is very welcoming and clean with great facilities available. I can't thank Dr Farrah enough for all her help so far and will be back again for a follow procedure (RFA) in a few months time.
