Ms Ella Hughes

Ella Hughes is a massage therapist at The Medical, practising in Bath and Midsomer Norton. She specialises in sports massage and soft-tissue therapy for musculoskeletal problems, with a focus on assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of knee conditions.

Her approach is personalised and goal-oriented, integrating soft-tissue techniques with targeted exercise to reduce pain, restore movement and support long-term recovery. A former competitive dancer, she brings a strong understanding of posture, balance and movement quality to her treatment plans.
