Took time to explain and reassure Wonderful bedside manner
I recently saw Dr Elizabeth Clark at WellLife and had a very positive experience. She took the time to really listen and understand what I was going through, and her approach felt both thorough and considered. In addition to treating my physical symptoms, she also recognised the impact of overworking and advised me to rest and take time off to properly recover from burnout. That holistic approach was genuinely appreciated and made me feel well looked after, not just treated for the immediate issue. Professional, empathetic, and highly reassuring; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
The GP was very professional, made me feel at ease and conducted the whole appointment very professionally. The tests and any ersults and follow-up action were celarly explained.
