Very pleasant person and caring

Dr Shakespeare is kind, considerate and a great listener. He is totally at one with his cardiology speciality. Years of experience . I trusted him implicitly and was so glad I had been to see him. Would highly recommend. Lovely sense of humour which was much appreciated.

I had a very satisfactory consultation with Dr Shakespeare. I had been under his care a few years ago and, as ever, he took great trouble to explain my condition to me. He has a reassuring manner which is most helpful for the patient.

Overall, an awful experience. While the in-office visit went reasonably well, it took five months to receive the results of the blood work I had done in a lab, and even now, I still do not have the full results. I sent multiple messages to his PA, who rudely dismissed my repeated requests for access to the full results of these tests. In a phone call placed to me four months after my original appointment, he blamed his PA for the delay and suggested that it was rude of me to ask for the results of my own blood work. Today, over five months after my original appointment, I received a letter with a partial description of the blood work results and a suggestion that I come back into the office. Obviously, there is zero chance I would ever see someone with such poor clinical practices ever again.

Very pleasant experience considering how stressed I was. Dr Shakespeare is honest and to the point but with a very good way about him. He explained everything to me in plain english so was easy to understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
