Dr. Asad Qureshi is a specialist with many years of experience in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer, including oesophageal cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer and anal cancer. He has particular expertise in the use of
chemoradiation and advanced radiation techniques including VMAT/IGRT,
stereotactic radiotherapy and brachytherapy.

Dr Qureshi qualified from St Bartholomew's and The Royal London
Hospitals Medical School and went on to complete his specialist training in
Clinical Oncology at a number of departments in London, including Guy's and St
Thomas' Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, St Bartholomew's Hospital and The
Royal Marsden Hospital.
He has completed an MD research degree at King's College London in
stereotactic radiotherapy and advanced image-guided techniques.

I cannot thank Dr Qureshi enough. He literally saved my life. He is a wonderful man, warm, funny and compassionate. Literally owe him my life.

Always welcoming, and happy to spend time fully explaining the results of any Scans, Chemotherapy, and possible future options.. Although extremely busy, always gave me the impression that I was his most important patient. Always felt more confident after my visit.

General SurgeryI know Asad from the London bridge hospital Colorectal MDT. I referred patients to him that needed clinical oncologist input. Asad is knowledgeable and I find that he always provides a balanced and considered opinion based on the latest evidence. He has a calm and reassuring manner and patients have always complemented about his excellent bedside manner. I would recommend Asad without a hesitation. He is a brilliant clinical oncologist and I am lucky to be working with him at London Bridge Hospital.
