About Professor Umesh Dashora
Professor Umesh Dashora is a Consultant Endocrinologist and Diabetologist based in Sussex. He has extensive clinical experience gained across India, Oman and the UK and specialises in the diagnosis and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
Professor Dashora has particular expertise in diabetes, thyroid disorders, fertility-related endocrine conditions, adrenal disorders, gonadal disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), testicular disorders, parathyroid and calcium disorders, as well as impotence, erectile dysfunction and sexual dysfunction. He is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centred care tailored to each individual's needs.
Professor Dashora obtained his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Endocrinology, Diabetes and General Medicine in 2006. In addition to his clinical practice, he is a CPD approver and is actively involved in education and professional development. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, a member of the Association of British Clinical Diabetologists, an Executive Member of the Joint British Diabetes Societies for Inpatients and a member of Diabetes UK.
