Susannah Hoey is a Consultant Dermatologist specialising in both adult and paediatric dermatology. She is based at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast and provides private clinics in the Ulster Independent clinic in Belfast.
Dr Hoey originally gained her MBChB from the University of Edinburgh, graduating in 1999. After completing her foundation training she went on to speciality training in dermatology, earning her CCT in 2007. As well as Dr Hoey's current clinical role in Belfast she has also written several academic publications.

Dr Susannah Hoey was professional, efficient and had time to actually listen to my young daughter and myself with our concerns! She also had a lovely bedside manner with reassuring my daughter. Dr Susannah Hoey had us sorted with two appointments where our own N.H.S doctor couldn't in 9 years!

Dr Hoey was brilliant with my daughter, made her feel so at ease. We learnt so much about the treatment and maintenance of eczema in one appointment. Dr Hoey was so informative and helpful and we are so grateful to finally get the right treatment for our daughter.

Dr Hoey was excellent today with my daughter. She engaged her really well and put her at ease. Her explanation and treatment plan was patient centred and she allowed a chance for my daughter to ask questions. She answered all my queries and I feel it was an excellent consultation.
