Dr Hoey was exceptional. She was very reassuring and explained everything in a very concise and clear manner. Her in depth knowledge of skin issies was very evident. She displayed a very kind and caring manner.

Dr. Hoey was very informative and helpful with my concerns during all my sessions, very glad I’m able to have Dr. Hoey as my dermatologist at UIC.

Dr Susannah was polite and professional. She was clear from the outset on what her concerns were for my skin and gave a clear treatment plan. While I went with one issue, she helped another issue while there. She went above what was expected and was easy to talk to. She booked in a review appointment to check on treatment plan and has now added this information to my GP notes which will reduce any wasted time/ concerns in the future.

A check up to review medication I had been placed on. Any questions I had were answered effectively.
