This appointment was my 6 monthly catch up to discuss thyroid blood test results. Dr. Hurel always asks how I am doing at the start at each appointment, many doctors don’t ask and it’s important because it opens up conversation about what I want to discuss. He genuinely listens to my concerns.

He always asks if there is anything else, and I never feel rushed, or confused.
