Dr Stephen Lewis

Dr Stephen Lewis is a renowned Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a Subspeciality in Sports Medicine. He offers a first-class service with HCA Healthcare at various locations convenient to his clients. He offers an in-depth consultation of the presenting problem before working collaboratively with his clients to develop a treatment plan, including ultrasound-guided injection therapy if needed. He has a wide range of experience in injury prevention strategies and helping those with chronic and acute musculoskeletal issues.

The talented physician completed extensive training in orthopaedic surgery after graduating with a Medical Degree, and in 2004 was awarded a Masters in Sports Medicine. During his career, he has worked with numerous elite teams and athletes including being appointed as Head of Medicine for the England Women's Rugby Team, working for the Armed Forces in Rehabilitation Medicine and a post covering Masters Tennis. He spent 11 years as the Lead Sports Physician for Fulham Football Club and is currently the Club Doctor for Brighton and Hove Albion Club and the Chief Medical Officer for Sussex Cricket.
