Pleasant, empathetic, obliging and helpful.

Dr Naveed Soomro, has put me at ease from the first day I met him, he has been honest , understanding, he gave a full explanation and description of the pending procedure. I was apprehensive and nervous on the day and quickly put at ease by himself and his assistant, both talked me through step by step and made my experience and procedure go very well, totally putting me at ease, thank you .

What a charming gentleman - he explained things in easy-to-understand layman's terms and has a great sense of humour as well.

Dr naveed made me feel very comfortable in a situation that I’m very uncomfortable with ie taking my denture out having my photo taken etc

This fine gentleman is exemplary in field. He explains all so clearly and calmly and crucially gave me time to mentally reset so that I could control the ever present panic attack that was forever imminent. I would recommend him without doubt
