Dr Meredy Birdi

Meredy Birdi is a Dietician based in London, UK.

She has over 17 years clinical experience as a dietician in the National Health Service and has worked in several major univeristy teaching hospitals, as well as conducting a great deak of work in the private health care sector.

Meredy has a keen interest in the field of cancer care, an interest she discoverd very early on in her career, and has supported thousands of patients and their families during cancer treatment, providing nutritional support for patients at several leading oncology units across London. She also specialisies in advising patients with cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

She builds on her conventional understanding of diet therapy, incorporating benefits of natural therapies and new advances.
