Dr Gina Chana

Dr Gina Chana trained at St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London Hospitals’ School of Medicine (2001). She is qualified as a GP, GP Anaesthetist and holds a Diploma in Cardiology. She currently works both as a GP and as a Rural Emergency Physician.

Dr Chana has spent several years working in Australia in Acute Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Anaesthesia. After qualifying as a GP, she used her background to practice as a GP Anaesthetist and a GP with an interest in Rural/Remote Medicine. This has taken her to some interesting remote areas including The Torres Strait, Australia, The Outback and working with Aboriginal healthcare.

Upon return to the UK, Dr Chana has split her time working part time as a GP and part time in the Emergency Department. Her Emergency work as been predominantly rural and on a fly in fly out basis. This was based in the Scottish Highlands and Cumbria however she is shortly commencing work at Frimley Park Hospital.

Dr Chana worked as a GP at The Fleet Street Clinic, London, The London Doctors Clinic, Winchester GP, St Albans Medical Clinic and is now working at Spire Clare Park, Farnham. 

She enjoys practising the full breadth of medicine and enjoys building the rewarding inter-personal relationships that General Practice has to offer. She is passionate about providing high quality, comnprehensive and holistic healthcare.
