Dr Haddad was warm, welcoming and extremely professional throughout my appointment with my daughter. He took the time to clearly explain the next steps and reassured me that no unnecessary tests were needed at this stage. Instead, we agreed to monitor her progress before considering any further investigations, which I was very happy with as I left the appointment with a clear understanding of the plan. He was also incredibly patient and understanding with my daughter, who was upset during the appointment. When I asked if he could play something on his laptop to help distract her, such as a children’s TV programme, he was very accommodating. This made a huge difference and allowed the appointment to proceed much more easily - I was very grateful for his patience and understanding. Dr Haddad made us both feel completely at ease and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a paediatrician for their child. I was very impressed with the care and professionalism we received.
