I was seen on time. Caroline made me feel very comfortable.
Dr Houlihan Burne met with my daughter recently. She was brilliant , empathetic , kind , caring and she felt listened to and understood with some great positive plans to help her to feel better. Thank you.
From my first visit to the most recent she has been very caring, friendly and given very me plenty of advise, information on how to deal with my situation with sleep issues, lastly sending important by email to help further. Very happy and things are improving slowly.
Caroline was very friendly and took time to go through my symptoms and talked through how the treatment I was going to receive would hopefully help my sleeping issues. She was caring and listened to my concerns and I felt cared for. After the first treatment I felt more relaxed and as if a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I will see how the next couple of weeks go and then decide if I need any further sessions.
Very professional and experienced. Dr Caroline Houlihan-Burne explained the steps and the process of our consultation and made me feel at ease. I left feeling very calm but also stronger as a person. Thank you again.
