Dr Bobby Mann

I visited Dr Mann after contracting severe pneumonia whilst travelling for work and ended up having to stay in hospital in Berlin for 2 weeks. Upon my return I was advised by my GP to contact Dr. Mann through my insurance company and was seen by him immediately. Dr. Mann checked me out and got me booked in with chest X-Rays and scans straight away and helped advise me on how to get better as quick as possible. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family with respiratory problems.

Dr Mann was he very polite and understanding of my situation. He explained to me clearly what was going on and provided me to support and medication to get better.

Dr Mann has alway been kind and highly approachable, whether that be in a hospital or consultation room setting. He is thorough in his investigations and explains things concisely to his patients, ensuring they fully understand what’s going on. He will also happily answers any of your questions, putting your mind at ease. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Mann was recommended by AXA, and he carried out numerous tests to determine my diagnosis which was initially thought to be a lung problem. He was not convinced and referred me to a heart specialist, who ultimately confirmed that the issue was indeed with my heart. Without Dr Mann’s diligence and attention, my diagnosis may not have been made!

I have especially appreciated Dr Mann’s caring manner and one where I feel he genuinely cares for my well being as I do. He has been timely and excellent in taking overall ownership.

My experience with Dr Mann was exceptional. I saw DrMann with some symptoms which came on relatively quickly that affected me. His expertise and experience really helped to guide the diagnosis. I had regular appointments, phone calls from Dr Mann and email communication through what was a difficult period. If I needed anything I would contact his office and get a prompt reply. When l had my consultations Dr Mann would explain as much as l needed and really broken the more medical related items into a language l could understand in order to inform my decisions. When dealing with Dr Mann he is very empathetic and is fully engaged and listening to you. He has a great interpersonal manner. I have had a great experience with Dr Mann to date and think he would be a great role model for upcoming professionals. He and his team are fantastic and a credit to the medical profession.

Explained everything about the CT scan clearly with patients and made sure I was understood and was happy.

Excellent. Right to the point. Organised the tests and prescriptions I needed, and was available on SMS. A total contrast to the experience I'd had in Ealing hospital the week before. Would recommend.
