Helpful and explains medical issues in detail and was happy to answer questions. Also gave practical advice on when to start treatment and the effects it will show over a week.
Dr Isaacs was very patient and understanding of my daughter. He took his time to fully understand her symptoms and explained everything clearly, including the next steps.
Dr Isaac’s saw our son and listened to a number of concerns we had. We were happy with this approach, suggestions and recommended next steps.
I was very disappointed in the whole experience. Dr Isaacs seemed completely uninterested, and rushed through every explanation, and barely listened to my questions. I booked this appointment to spend time with a doctor (as the NHS do not have the resources to spend more than 10 minutes with each patient). And Dr Issacs rushed through the appointment more so than I experienced with my GP. I wanted him to look at some behaviour of my baby but he didn’t look, instead rushing to the door to let us out. I am glad this appointment wasn’t paid for out of my own pocket because I got no answers, and left the appointment more worried and concerned, and with more questions than when I arrived.

I am sorry you did not have a satisfactory experience. I aim to address parent concerns and questions but seem not to have acheived this during your consultation. Please contact me with your ongoing concerns and any questions you have, by email docabisaacs@gmail.com
We saw Dr Isaacs due to our excessive crying 3 month old. He was very knowledgeable and reassured us that our baby was doing well. We particularly liked that he quoted evidence and studies to support his explanation. He provided us with a prescription as we were travelling soon and a thorough letter summarising everything. We felt reassured by his review. Thank you.
Very experienced well respected safe kind caring paediatrician.
