Dr Anima Bodane

Dr Anima Bodane is the founder and Principal Dentist of NW1 Dental Care, an independent, fully private dental practice in Camden, London. She is a GDC-registered dentist with over 20 years’ experience, with particular interests in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and helping nervous patients feel comfortable with dental care.

She graduated from the University of Dundee in 2004 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and later completed a Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She has continued her postgraduate education through courses in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics in the UK and internationally. She is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) and the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD).

Dr Anima helps patients who want to replace missing teeth, restore damaged teeth or improve the appearance of their smile. Her treatments include dental implants, porcelain veneers, composite bonding, Invisalign, professional teeth whitening and individually planned smile makeovers, alongside general and preventive dentistry, anti-wrinkle treatment and dermal fillers. For implant patients, on-site 3D CBCT imaging and digital scanning support detailed assessment and planning.

Her approach begins with listening. She takes time to understand each patient’s concerns, assess their oral health and explain suitable treatment options, including their benefits, limitations and alternatives. She favours careful, personalised planning, with an emphasis on preserving healthy tooth tissue wherever appropriate and achieving results that suit the individual.
