My smilelign process started in March 2024. Dr kajal explained the process for my aligners: 1. A thorough breakdown of the costs involved. These costs were an estimate but were exactly what was paid. 2. The amount of aligners needed to achieve my desired results. As I had some tricky teeth to move we decided for more aligners and so the estimated time to achieve straight teeth was extended. 3. Great communication throughout the process as I was constantly offered choice in not only the appointment times but also how frequent the appointments were. I opted for appointments every two weeks to start with. As the process continued i collected multiple aligners and the appoints became every two months. 3. With regards to any problems I had with the process dr kajal was able to respond to the issues raised and come up with solutions. This created a good trusting process where I was at ease. 4. The smilelign process finished mid July 2026. I am so pleased with the results and how the journey went to get to this point. In summary I would thoroughly recommend dr kajal for any dental work. When wanting smilelign I wanted my dentist to do the work as respect for her professionalism and a trust of her skill has been achieved as being a patient of hers for many years. (Approx 15 plus years)

An excellent treatment with Dr Patel who managed all expectations around RFI micro needling and always ensured I was comfortable. I have no real downtime and it’s one of the only treatments I’ve had that seems to have made a real difference to my skin. I highly recommend!
