Dr. Dimuthu Vinayagam

Dr Dimuthu Vinayagam is an experienced General Practitioner based in Surrey, currently practicing at the James O’Riordan Medical Centre and privately with Cinnamon Healthcare. He graduated from the University of London with an MBBS in 2007 and has over 15 years of clinical experience in frontline NHS services.

From 2009 to 2017, Dr Vinayagam trained as a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology within the London Deanery, where he developed strong expertise in women’s health. He later re-trained as a General Practitioner, qualifying in 2021. His key clinical interests include women’s health, menopause care, urgent and acute care, and minor surgical procedures. He also established a dedicated microsuction clinic to deliver specialist ear care services.

Dr Vinayagam holds a varied portfolio of GP work. In addition to his salaried community GP role, he works as a GP consultant supporting an A&E department, provides healthcare in secure environments such as prisons and detention centres, and delivers out-of-hours medical care.

Combining specialist training with a broad spectrum of frontline experience, Dr Vinayagam offers a compassionate, knowledgeable, and practical approach to patient care across both NHS and private settings.
