Dr Devi Priya Rathna Sabapathi is a dedicated Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologist who specialises in the diagnostic evaluation of conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles. She performs comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify the root causes of nerve and muscle symptoms, including unexplained numbness, tingling, nerve pain, and weakness. Taking a patient-centred approach, Dr Rathna Sabapathi ensures every individual receives clear explanations and a comfortable, reassuring experience during testing.

Her expertise encompasses a broad range of electrodiagnostic procedures and neurophysiological tests. Dr Rathna Sabapathi performs and interprets nerve conduction studies, electromyography (EMG), adult and paediatric complex EMG, single-fibre EMG, electroencephalography (EEG) reporting, ambulatory EEG studies, evoked potentials, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. Dr Rathna Sabapathi earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB BS) from Coimbatore Medical College, India, qualifying in 2002. Following general medical and specialty training in the United Kingdom, she achieved Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP UK) in 2011, a Specialty Certificate in Neurology from the Royal College of Physicians in 2016, and her Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Clinical Neurophysiology in 2018. She maintains active professional memberships with the British Society for Clinical Neurophysiology and the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
